    Hi scott,

Hope to attend, do you or anyone know if there are campsites open in the area that would be available for trailer camping?

    Thanks

    Phil

Phil, if you can't find a spot I have a 2 acre back yard with a fire pit. I am about 70 km from the start. I will be working the event, so won't be doing the ride, but will be leaving likely the same time so could share a ride. PM me

I did my first DS ride in the Bethany event. LOVED IT! How do trail rides compare to that so I can understand what to expect when riding?
Is it single track or something else? Road only?

The Beagle Bash is a great ride, well worth doing. It is very different from the Bethany: BB is many sections of single track linked with roads sections. What is nice is that if you get your fill of the single track & get tired, it's easy to cut the last ones out and ride the roads back to the start. It is not really suited for large bikes.

I have a blue plated KTM 300 xcw but with factory tires.
Does the "proper tires" imply DOT approved?
    Thanks

Proper tires does imply DOT tires. The club doesn't check tires however the OPP have on occasion stopped bikes on the ride and checked tires/ insurance etc. Wasn't anybody stopped last year as far as I know but that doesn't mean it won't happen this year. I think the risk of getting stopped during the event is low. But the risk falls entirely with the riders and not the club.

Everything is arrowed and ready to go. Event goes rain or shine. May cut some sections if they become too muddy. Trail is mostly sand.

Ok. Is there a truck for gas cans or fill up enroute?

What a great ride today at the Beagle Bash! Thank you to the Lynn Valley Riders for putting this on!

Must go rest now: my body is sore from head to toe...
