I've been so used to not being able to get the Dakar on TV that I didn't even check. I've been trying to follow it on Red Bull TV on the Internet but the server must be really overloaded as it's stopped more than it's running.

I was browsing the Dakar.com site and noticed they listed the official broadcasters and for Canada it's Sportsnet !!! Checked my Guide and it's on Sportsnet ONE at 2am each day from Jan 6 - 20th.

Gracias Dualsport - always frustrating trying to find viewing sources for it - I'm going to set the PVR and watch at my leisure!

every year I just buy an annual EuroSport Player subscription and watch that plus the clips from Redbull TV and Team HRC. You do need a VPN to get a UK IP though.

I thought about getting a SET TV subscription - $20/mth and you seem to get just about every station out there.

I tried the Free Trial and you could get EuroSport, Sky Sports, BT Sport, all the BBC and ITV channels, BeIN, Fox Sports plus all the usual N American channels. It works but somehow doesn't seem legal, even though it's openly offered. It didn't have Channel Schedule/Guide so it wasn't easy to find out what was on - plus it didn't seem to have a PVR capability.

Decided to stick with my Shaw Direct satellite service.

It's on CH 107 in HD and 414 in SD. It was on at 2am today but it's at 3am tomorrow.

Thanks Bob. No PVR so I am now faced with the dilemma of 'get up', or 'stay up'.

You could try Red Bull TV on the internet - they have it streamed at 7pm each night and all the previous days are archived. I found it to be too slow to bother watching but I've watched other Red Bull shows that streamed fine.

UPDATE: I just tried watching today's RB TV coverage a few minutes ago and it was streaming fine.
