Some older threads about riding in the KW area but nothing within the last few years. Any updated riding areas around here? Preferably trail to single track but I'm not picky.

There are lots of back roads in the area for DS type rides but not a lot of real trails. Having said that, there is some interesting stuff if you where to look.

If it's single track you're after, consider joining the KWCSA: the club has some private land to ride on for practice and organises the Anthill cross country race; lots of single track trail between those two places.

There is some decent spots down near turkey point. Another small spot in the Cambridge area. You'd have to find a rider familiar with the area to tell you where it is.

There's a spot off Highway 7 between KW and Guelph on the south side close to one of the greenhouses. It's got a couple short trails close to the tracks and a couple 'hill' climbs that are fun. Been a couple years since I was there but I never got hassled and only ran into a couple other riders once. Don't remember the exact location but I think you can see it on Google maps.
