Hey guys, so I just picked up one of these bad boys. What are the first mods I should be doing on it? Looking for some advice from people that had one for a while.
    Thanks!

2016, I guess used but only 500 kms on it.
I'm planning to use it as a proper dual sport, commute sometimes, lots of off-road and adv riding.

    I have one same year - 2016. I did:

    - proper handguard with aluminium
    - clutch and break lever
    - chain guard
    - The seat is indeed not very comfortable. I bought 'moto skiveez' 6 weeks ago and I am very happy with this. Went for 2 days ride 2 weeks ago and it's much more comfortable.
    - perun moto rack + 1 gallon rotopax, give me easily 300km autonomy
    - giant loop mojavi saddlebag,

    I still need to

    1) better skid plate
    2) rear break protection

Yeah, I'm picking it up tomorrow and I'll be at the Bethany with it.
I'm trying not to spend too much from the get-go, even though I already ordered most parts you guys mentioned Wings exhaust, skid plate, SC seat, tail tidy, radiator guards. It's quite challenging getting the little bits and pieces I need for protection, like chain guard, etc.
Where can you order most things for this bike in one shot?

I've always just ordered piecemeal from wherever I get the best deal. Can't really help with a one stop shop. Better to buy in the fall and build over the winter.

Yes, Wolfman. I already had Wolfman bags, the racks were smaller and the bags went on easy .
