Well that didn't go very well. I received an email on Friday from our hosting company that they were doing a server upgrade this Saturday. They advised that there would be some downtime, but no action on my part would be needed. I was away on Saturday, but checked on the forum in the evening when I returned. It was not accessible (and probably was off all day). With a bit of checking I could see that our site was still set for the previous server address even though everything had been moved. The actual addressing is done by the hosting company so the only thing I could do was to create a support ticket and advise them of the issue. They did get it corrected later in the evening. Aside from this glitch, the service from HostUpon has been exceptional and I see no need to change providers.
