    Hi,

What all options are available for tail lamp? something more stable and LED would be a better option.
The stock one is not of great quality and the whole assembly is loose and don't sit nicely and always loose.

Does KTM have an LED upgrade for your bike? Or for a cheaper option (that may or may not fit perfectly) there is always Ebay and all the offshore sellers.

I had good luck with an Ebay Chinese LED taillight for my GasGas a few years back; but I had to fabricate a bracket to make the unit fit on the bike. It lasted until I sold the bike. The light output was much better than the stock light.

There aren’t a lot of options for the 690 as it has a v bracket that fits the top of the tank.
    Here is one

There was a drc unit but I can’t seem to find it. It was upwards of $200.00 and had ugly turn signals
At the time when mine fell apart, drc was the only option. I ended up using my Oem v bracket, chopped it off, and bolted a 60.00 unit to mine. I had to add some bolts through the back fender. I’d go with the sicass unit as I’ve seen one on my buddies husky 350 and it is well made stuff with great leds.

I just picked up this LED tail tidy. It’s got a low profile LED brake light, and plate holder with with light. Amazon for a whopping $26.00 dollars Canadian. I was actually impressed with the quality. If you’re a DIY kinda of guy, with some creativity, you’ll be more than happy with this one here.

I installed the DRC Edge 2 light on my CRF 250L, and have been very happy with it. I also upgraded to the integrated turn signals, which really tightens things up at the rear. They make it for the DRZ-400, and with a bit of modification it can be retrofitted to your bike. Not the simplest option, but a quality finish.

-here is a video on how to modify it

No problem! I forgot to mention it’s also got integrated turn signals. I didn’t wire those up as I like my low profile LED turns for more visibility, but the option is there.
