The Terra Nova is approaching fast! This year a Trail Ride is being offered again after the Enduro riders are off. Reminder that these are blue plated events. Riders with equivalent memberships will receive an Off-Road Ontario membership. Camping is not available at the Silverbrooke Golf Course but may be available at the New Lowell Campgrounds. We are waiting for confirmation if they will be open.
Come out for the final Enduro for the year! Some of these trails are available to ride for the Terra Nova only! It's your only chance to enjoy them!

No membership required for the trail ride. To compete in the enduro an Offroad Ontario Membership is required. Equivalent competition membership from out of province will be given an Offroad Ontario Memebership.

Conditions couldn't be better! I was out pre-riding some trails yesterday and they are beautiful!

    Some notes to mention
    - Distance - Pros, Expert and Vet Ex - 129.1km
    . - All other classes - 119.5km
    . - Trail ride - 119.5km with a bail out at 98.5km
    - Trail Ride Rider's meeting is at 11:00am
    - Enduro Tie Breaker - all test are timed to the second - a tie is doubtful - in the event of a tie
. - the position will go to the rider who has more test sections faster then the other rider.
. - if still tied, the position will go the rider who had the faster last test section.
. - the rider's will be considered tied if this doesn't resolve the tie.
    - Gas trucks - There will be 2 gas trucks and 2 gas cans are required.
    . - 1st gas truck will be at 51.6km
    . - 2nd gas truck at 98.5km

Is this a GPS based trail ride or trees / etc marked with arrows for the course? If it is a GPS based ride, are you posting the routes / tracks in advance of the ride?

Thanks again - I didn't see that info on the flyer.

It will be arrowed. You'll be following the amateur enduro course. I can attest that the trails there are pretty nice!

I wouldn't call this trail ride a "ds ride" unless you are Chris Burtch. Not a friendly ride for big dualsport bikes, and definitely a knobby tire ride.

There was a guy last year on a 640 Adventure with worn street tires. I suggested to him to at least lower the tire pressure. I passed him later in the first section where he was trying to get up a small hill. I did speak to him after the event, and said he had a great time :), it was his first enduro.
