Supershow volunteers needed

Winter seems to be here!
It's time to start thinking about the Motorcycle Supershow in January!

The ODSC will have a display in the OFTR booth again this year at the Motorcycle Supershow.
We are looking for volunteers to Be present at our display throughout the weekend to answer questions and generally promote our club to the masses.

If you could spare a few hours to man the booth, we will be able to provide you with a show pass. 4 hour shifts seem to work well.


OFFICIAL SHOW HOURS:

Friday Jan 4 : 12noon – 9pm

Saturday Jan 5: 10am – 9pm

Sunday Jan 6: 10am – 5pm

Here are the time blocks we are hoping to cover

Setup Thursday January 4: Kevin S, Cam

Friday Jan.4
12pm-3pm -
3pm - 6pm- Kevin N
6pm-9pm - Kevin N

Saturday Jan. 5
10am-2pm. -
2pm-6pm. -
6pm-9pm. - Olivo, klxtra (name?)

Sunday Jan. 6
10am-2pm. - Michel M, Neil E.
2pm-5pm. - Kevin S, Michel M, Cam
Take Down - Kevin S, Cam





If you can help out any of these times, just post in this thread. Ideally we would like to have two people in the booth at all times.

This is always an enjoyable time.

I'll help setup Thursday and I have most of the stuff.

Plus I'll do Sunday afternoon with Kevin.

I can do Sunday as well.

I can do Sat any shift or Sunday 1st shift, preferably with a veteran booth partner.

Saturday evening should work for me.

I doubt it ..... not sure if the OFTR will have a booth.
They did have one ... maybe last year or the year before.

We still need to fill a few time slots Saturday.
