    Hi There,

OK, Acerbis and UFO are the big plastic manufactuers.
I checked their sites and cannot say with confidence that they make anything for the KLR though I know acerbis lists' it in their catalog. Your best bet is to pop into a shop and ask them to check their catalogs. You might be suprised as to how cheap it may be.

Front fender - this should be easily replaceable, it is most likely a standard fit and anything, especially the universal stuff should fit.

Ebay is always good for plastic so check there if you can.

    KLR 650 plastic

    Hoi hoi!

I have a 93 KLR and wanted new plastics too. No one makes them!! THe front fender can be found, a certain Acerbis KTM one will fit and can be ordered in black :) See snippit below for part # etc.

No one makes any parts for it. An Auzzie company apparenlty makes fiberglass "Tengai" kits for it but I emailed them an dno response. SHipping and kit cost are probably over $500+++.

I jsut got my bike painted by a small town bodyshop guy. Gloss black urathane. Looks great, we'll see how it holds up to scratches etc.

    KTM Fender on KLR
I discovered by slightly enlarging the mounting holes the Acerbis/KTM/Husaberg fenders mount right onto the KLR. First one I had was black.
