$5 for ODSC club members and $20 for non-members Join the club in advance using PayPal ($20) and only pay $5 for the ride
It's up to you to let the organizer know you are a member to get the lower rate. Some riders give more money since they really like the Bethany ride and want to donate extra to the club.
Same thing happened to me this year as well as last year...the only option was the non-member cost of $20 for this ride.

It looks like this is an issue of how to manage two different fees. I have no involvement with LiveLaps so other execs will have clarify the setup. It is likely configured to handle only non-members. Perhaps ODSC members should pay the $5 in person at the ride to avoid being overcharged.
OK.... lets keep this simple. We picked 20 bucks so we don't need to break bills and make change which really slows down the process of registration. If you are a club member then do one of the following: Preregister and pay $20. . Show up and tell me your a club member and I will give you back $15. If I put a $5 option on the preregistration everyone and their sister would use it. Or Just show up and tell us your a club member and we can charge you for lunch only. Last year was a challenge to keep ahead of the crowd. No time to debate the club member stuff. People just pushed money at us and we took it and gave you the registration info. It was a mad house registering 190 people in the time we had. Are people really going to debate over 15 bucks??? come on boyz and girls....have you been to the movies lately? At $20 its the cheapest fun in town. Most of the club members last year just told me to keep the $20 and give the money to the club.
Kevin, My apologies. I somehow missed that you were organizing this ride. I must confess that the reason i paid $20 bucks in the first place is because i felt it was worth it. I can only imagine the man hours that goes into organizing such a ride. I shall not require a refund and will trow in a cold beer someday.
To expedite this process.... club members, PLEASE bring your OFTR/ODSC card to registration so we don't have to search a membership list for your name! Thanks
