Does anyone know a local place to buy just the pilot jet? Or at least a Canadian place to order one?

Thanks. I can not seem to get it unclogged.

Thanks! I'll give them a call tomorrow. Hoping they stock one. :)

I have grabbed a few jets off them and never had to wait. Hope you have the same luck.

Usually if you soak them in WD40 for a few hours, then give it a shot of compressed air, does the trick. Make sure you're holding it securely when you give the shot of air, or it will disappear.....

I've tried tip cleaners, carb cleaner, heat, and air gun point blank. Whatever the hell is in there does not want to come out.

What carb is the PJ for? I have a few pilot jets for a Keihin PWK ASI carb (on a GasGas 2-t). They are Keihin series N424-21-xxx ... don't know what other carbs they are used in.

What is the bike, and what size PJ do you need?

    I'm in Brampton.

Hey Jason, That's the part number I figured and the size is 45. It's 28mm long and it's on a Husky WR250. Shoot me an email if you're around tomorrow. I'm off work until Monday and was really hoping to try to get my bike sorted out and do some riding.

    Thanks

    Rob

Thanks guys. Went up to winners circle and grabbed a pilot jet and air screw while I was there. Good people.

Glad you got it sorted out.

I have one 45PJ, but it's in the bike, so I wouldn't have been able to help you out anyway.
