Bruce You may know that our beloved Mohawk Inn is being "reconfigured". So, that and lack of initiative on my part means that we haven't had a mid-Winter story sharing session. So, let's get March started! The next best thing in the neighbourhood is the Old Marina Restaurant on the east corner of Cambridge. It's here: 1947 McClintock Dr, Cambridge, ON N3C 2V4 and they have the most awesome burger ever and their own custom-brewed beer. It's got a great view of the lake (yes, there's a lake in Cambridge). I'm going to make a reservation for 10..and we can grow from there if you'll chime in and say you're coming. Let's meet at 6:30 on March 18. That's the Wednesday before the ODSC AGM and it would be good, if you're not attending that, to hear from you on rides, ideas, new riders, etc. Bring a buddy. Bruce

Folks, in light of all of the public activity and concern over Covid-19, I have given consideration to whether we continue to gather on Wednesday. I fully support keeping our normal lives rolling and that means being out in public...with precautions. So, I would not cancel the dinner gathering. It's important that restaurants and motorcycle stores stay operable! However, so as to not have too thin a turn out, I'm asking those of you who plan to come to somehow raise your hand...send me a PM if you want or simply post here. I'll post on Wednesday afternoon to confirm that we're "on" or not. Bruce
Well, considering what is going on and the fact that I am well into the at-risk age group, I think I'll pass on the meeting this month. Maybe next month if things settle down. For those that do go, order the Puslinch Burger but make sure you are hungry! Also, if you look out the windows at the far end you may be able to see Justin Bieber's house on the hill to the left. I swung by the restaurant on a DRZ jaunt this afternoon (bloody cold by the way). There's about 50% ice coverage still on the lake. It was good to see that they were busy. Dennis, we'll miss you. I'm going to keep it "on" and hope we get 12 attendees (the minimum to reserve a table). Who's gonna know anyway? Wash your hands...after you wash your bike. Bruce
