Weather looks decent. Would be great to get out!!. I would be up for anything really, wiarton, creemore, beaver valley or whatever. Let me know Also major kudos to scorra and Pat W for a good day out last sat. Cheers Phil
Hi Phil Would love to ride with you this weekend but my wife has other plans for me (rearranging the kitchen). Regards
How about whatever? I want to ride this weekend but we live 3+ hours apart and I have to ride from home. Any suggestions? Bob
Primrose is exactly halfway, want to meet at the burger place on the nw corner. I am sure you have multitudinous routes around there! Good place for a burger afterwardsas well. Sunday looks like the better day.. how about 10 am? Cheers phil
I wouldn't mind tagging along if you guys don't mind. Do either of you guys happen to have/use the backroads maps on a garmin GPS? I am considering buying it, but before shelling out $150 I'd like to see how their maps are displayed in real life and not just what they put on their website.
Sunday will work for me too. With the daylight saving time there is one extra hour in the morning, I'll use it to make my way up avoiding highways.
Right i forgot the time change See you guys there I have BRMB on my oregon for you to check out. Phil
Anyone know what sort of a ride they've signed up for? Most of those signing have 2 or more bikes, so what is everyone riding? I'm on my DR350SE with 50/50 tires. Bob
I was intending to bring the DRZ with trakmasters... my vstrom currently has street tires on it so it won't be going on any odsc rides. I could, however, swap the vstrom's wheels over to the set with kenda big block if we were riding mostly gravel... so awaiting other responses before I get the tools out.
Which routes / tracks / trails are you guys riding tomorrow? I've got a few guys interested in the Orangeville - Creemore aggressive routes leaving from hockley valley around 10:00? Should we join?
DR650 with 50/50 tires. I'm certain this ride will be significantly less aggressive than the Creemore aggressive one.
Bob...Olivo and I kept going SB on the 4th at Hockley...I went south of Orangeville and south Erin on the way back to Guelph. Great ride as always! I appreciate your leading... Bruce
Thanks for leading Bob. It was a fun ride. I'm so glad I dropped everything to do this ride. Cheers K
"Great ride as always!" +1 as per Bruce. Thanks to Phil for getting it going and to Bob for leading. Ya thats pretty close. Stuff that I felt comfortable with riding the DR with 50/50s on. No deep mud or deep water or places that you have to work to get through. The slippery conditions today made it a little more challenging than usual.
