    My brother-in-law installs these for a living. He does some pretty high end stuff, so his distributors might be able to hook him up with a weekend demo. Would the club be ok with a "Television supplied by Company Goes Here" type of thing? I'll ask him over the weekend.

    My 650L is avaiable if needed It isint pretty but its a big dog..Id also like to help out..I can go anytime during the weekend Just need a time..Im not close but I am going so that will be my day or night...anyhow let me know if I can do anything
    Oh is this the ODSC booth or OFTR? I wasn't overly impressed with the Oftr booth at the last show.

    The bikes will need to be delivered to the show on Thurs evening or Friday Morning IIRC and picked up Sunday evening.

    Well I think you have at least a FEW volunteers. What details do you have? Know what you want in display bikes? Attire? Shifts? etc...

    Looks like a No-Go on the TV. According to the BIL, Christmas time is the WORST time to hit them up for freebies. I would have thought the opposite. Sorry.

    worst case, could we not use a laptop? These booths don't generally have a ton of space.

    Volunteers at the show

    Graham,

    My son Brett and I have helped set up Friday morning and worked the 2-6 shift Friday since the first time we did the show in 2000. I don't want to break tradition so we are available to do the same in 2008. Let me know if you need anything to help with the displays etc.

    Hey Guys

    As part of our booth I am thinking of having 10 or so pictures laminated to cardboard - with velco they can be applied to the 9ft back drop I can provide...

    I request that anyone having HiRes pictures (5mp and higher) of a ODSC event email me so that I blow up and mount with a graphics house? Looking for trail pics and dual sport events :)

    Looking forward to see what you provide.

    I am finalizing the details of the booth with the organizers over the next day or so and am thinking of the layout that will include (booth is 10x30):
    Yamaha pop-up tent
    9 ft wide back drop for pictures, banner and we can pin shirts to for display.
    4 street legal dual sport bikes... one of each colour? I will go thorugh what was volunteered so far to determine if we have enough
    Video display of New DVD - I will bring a flat screen monitor ~22" wide.
    Thinking of a round table and 4 chair for casual discussions
    Storage for shirts and other stuff.

    I will post a schedule of show workers in the next days for review

    Hi Graham,

    I thought I would be snowmobiling that weekend and so would not be able to help with the show. However as of Tuesday afternoon sledding thru the ganny I had a mishap and fractured my shoulderblade :x . Soo... no sledding, skiing, nor aaah :evil: riding Baha, which was booked Jan 17-27.
    So if you still need any more attendees fo the booth I am available fo probably whatever time slot you want extra help for.
